Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and maintain stamina for 50 to 55 hours per week
  • Experience managing food, beverage, and service operations
  • Skilled in cash handling and POS system operation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Ability to handle both kitchen and Front of House collaboration and duties

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash registers and Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication skills in the predominant language(s) of the trading area
  • Ability to train and mentor teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen functions including food purchasing and storage
  • Manage inventory, preparation, and adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train kitchen staff in cooking methods, plate presentation, portion control, and cleanliness
  • Efficiently staff and schedule kitchen to maintain labor costs
  • Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth service and address guest feedback
  • Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties
  • Control food, beverage costs and labor expenses
