Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience supplemented with leadership training
- have reliable dependability and flexibility to work changing schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- have outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- ability to operate front end equipment including registers, calculators, and scanners
- possess good communication skills
- ability to take direction, constructive criticism, and work in a team environment
- ability to perform repetitious activities and multi-task
- ability to lift and carry products up to 30 lbs
- ability to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
- strong attention to detail and proficiency in cash handling, math, reading, writing, and counting
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience supplemented with leadership training

Job Duties
- Ensure excellent customer service through proactively visiting registers and providing direction/support to cashiers and courtesy clerks
- assist in potential customer assistance issues at the register
- assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels, and maintain cleanliness standards in the restrooms and parking lots
- maintain visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues
- schedule and oversee proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements
- assist in the hiring and training of new cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
