The Bartender role plays a critical part in the guest experience within Evolution Hospitality's portfolio of vibrant bars and lounges. The position focuses on preparing and serving beverage and food orders with precision and care, ensuring both compliance with state and federal alcohol regulations and guest satisfaction. While serving drinks, bartenders are expected to verify legal age, manage customer interactions with professionalism and diplomacy, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
