The Bartender role plays a critical part in the guest experience within Evolution Hospitality's portfolio of vibrant bars and lounges. The position focuses on preparing and serving beverage and food orders with precision and care, ensuring both compliance with state and federal alcohol regulations and guest satisfaction. While serving drinks, bartenders are expected to verify legal age, manage customer interactions with professionalism and diplomacy, and maintain a clean, organized environment. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team that coordinates lounge and bar activities, contributing to a lively yet safe atmosphere for all patrons. Bartenders will be responsible for a broad array of duties, including preparing diverse drink orders such as cocktails, beer, and wine, overseeing seating and service flow in the lounge area, and handling customer payments accurately. Additionally, they manage stock levels, create attractive visual displays, and assist with inventory control while ensuring all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met. The role also involves crafting drink recipes and responding quickly and effectively to customer needs, including managing potentially challenging situations with tact and professionalism. Job Requirements

  • Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification must comply with State regulations
  • ability to read write and speak the English language
