Job Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience
Experience in a high-volume environment
Food handler license
Excellent knowledge of all standard cocktails, spirits, and measurements
Good knowledge of beer
Spanish speaking is a big plus
Experience with inventory management
Previous key holder experience preferred
Previous server experience preferred

Job Duties

Serve drinks efficiently during high-volume service
Provide excellent customer service with good manners and positive attitude
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
Understand and prepare all standard cocktails and measure spirits accurately
Handle inventory management and stock control
Assist in opening and closing procedures as a key holder when applicable
