Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends
- Valid alcohol service certification as required by state/local law
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional, engaging experience for all guests at the bar
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Perform and oversee daily bar prep, including batching, juicing, and ingredient preparation
- Oversee bar opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards
- Assist in developing and executing seasonal cocktail menus 3-4 times per year
- Monitor and maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, supplies, and bar tools
- place and receive vendor orders
- Train and support bar staff on cocktail builds, service expectations, and Toast POS usage
- Lead distillery tours and provide an engaging, informative brand experience for guests
- Proactively handle guest issues with professionalism and represent the Stateside brand with pride
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the Toast POS system
- Adhere to all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage practices
