The position of Head Baker at Swedish Hill is a leadership role centered on wholesale production while also bolstering MML’s events and catering efforts. - Minimum 5 years of professional bakery experience
- At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience
- Strong expertise in naturally leavened breads yeasted doughs and viennoiserie
- Experience managing high-volume production and wholesale accounts
