PTS Worldwide is currently seeking established CDL-A driving teams to join its Over-the-Road (OTR) fleet operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced, safety-conscious drivers with hazardous materials endorsements (HAZMAT) to earn a guaranteed income of $3,000 a week per team, with pay structured at $0.78 cents per mile to the truck. The company offers various bonuses including safety incentives valued at $2,000 annually per driver, and orientation completion pay of $2,000 along with covered travel costs for orientation. With a commitment to driver well-being, PTS provides flexible home time with a minimum of four weeks out schedule, letting drivers maintain balance between work and personal life.

The team-based driving position promises no-touch freight to reduce driver fatigue and focus on road safety, with max-governed truck speeds of 70 mph to encourage fuel-efficient and safer driving. Weekly pay is deposited directly, supported by a 24/7 emergency office to assist drivers whenever needed. Additional pay categories such as stop pay, detention pay, breakdown pay, PSS pay, and Drom pay add earning potential beyond mileage. Candidates who have failed drug and alcohol program (SAP) requirements will not be considered.
