Hawaiian Bros Island Grill stands out in the fast-casual dining sector, providing high-quality food in a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. As they continue to grow, the brand remains focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and nurturing a culture of leadership and growth among its team members.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is a critical leadership role designed to support both the daily operations and long-term success of the restaurant. Situated at the Clackamas/Happy Valley location, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to develop their leadership skills and advance into a General Manager position within the company. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to oversee operations in a high-volume fast-casual environment, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant, from kitchen execution to guest service, meets the brand's high standards.

This role is particularly suited for motivated individuals who enjoy direct involvement in team coaching, operational management, and customer satisfaction. The AGM is entrusted with maintaining efficient speed of service, managing labor and scheduling, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. A key part of the job is fostering a positive work environment that reflects the welcoming and supportive culture of Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, often referred to as the Ohana. This role is not only about managing operations but also about developing future leaders, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting business profitability through operational excellence.

With a starting salary of $60,000 annually plus eligibility for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off, the position offers a competitive compensation package. Employees also enjoy perks such as meal discounts and leadership development opportunities, making it an attractive option for those seeking long-term career growth in the restaurant industry. This role requires availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a typical workweek of 40 to 45 hours. The working conditions involve a fast-paced restaurant environment requiring standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This leadership development track is ideal for those looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding fast-casual restaurant brand that values community, culture, and career progression.
