- 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
- must be at least 18 years old
- basic computer and POS system knowledge

- experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of restaurant operations and performance metrics
- valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
- basic computer and POS system knowledge
- must be at least 18 years old
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Support restaurant operations
- partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations
- maintain strong speed of service during peak hours
- ensure accurate and efficient kitchen and service execution
- support daily opening and closing procedures
- help maintain brand standards and operational excellence
- assist with scheduling and labor management
- monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- help create a welcoming environment for employees and guests
- model hospitality and positive leadership behaviors
- address guest concerns professionally and promptly
- support a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- reinforce a supportive and motivated team culture
- assist in building a strong team culture that reflects the Aloha Spirit
- help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- provide coaching and feedback to team members and shift leaders
- support ongoing training and development programs
- recognize strong performance and maintain accountability
- assist the General Manager in developing future leaders
- help manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- monitor operational reports and key performance metrics
- support consistent execution of training and operational standards
- ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
- maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- securely transport cash deposits when required
