Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • basic computer and POS system knowledge

  • experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
  • basic understanding of restaurant operations and performance metrics
  • valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
  • basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus

Job Duties

  • Support restaurant operations
  • partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations
  • maintain strong speed of service during peak hours
  • ensure accurate and efficient kitchen and service execution
  • support daily opening and closing procedures
  • help maintain brand standards and operational excellence
  • assist with scheduling and labor management
  • monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • help create a welcoming environment for employees and guests
  • model hospitality and positive leadership behaviors
  • address guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • support a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • reinforce a supportive and motivated team culture
  • assist in building a strong team culture that reflects the Aloha Spirit
  • help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • provide coaching and feedback to team members and shift leaders
  • support ongoing training and development programs
  • recognize strong performance and maintain accountability
  • assist the General Manager in developing future leaders
  • help manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
  • monitor operational reports and key performance metrics
  • support consistent execution of training and operational standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
  • maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
  • securely transport cash deposits when required
