- Willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- Food service, concessions, catering, or food truck experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume or fast-paced customer-facing role
- Strong guest service skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules
- Willingness to work both kitchen and service roles as needed
- Dependable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Hattie B's menu items quickly and accurately in limited-menu, high-volume settings
- Support service across Geodis and Nissan stadiums, catered events (buffets and vending), and the food truck
- Deliver warm, professional guest interactions, even during peak rushes
- Assist with catering service, including buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
- Support food truck operations, maintaining smooth flow and order accuracy
- Handle POS transactions, payments, and order accuracy when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking before and after events
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the service moving efficiently
