Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage labor and inventory costs effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and regulations
- Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow and control labor costs
- Train and develop crew members under the Senior/General Manager's direction
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Conduct meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
- Maintain inventory and control costs to company standards
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- Maintain building and equipment through proper cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
