Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage labor and inventory costs effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficient in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and regulations
  • Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow and control labor costs
  • Train and develop crew members under the Senior/General Manager's direction
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
  • Conduct meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • Maintain inventory and control costs to company standards
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Maintain building and equipment through proper cleaning and preventive maintenance
  • Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
