Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
- maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management team and crew
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
- conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
- maintain adequate supply and control inventory for breakfast items
- maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
- ensure building and equipment are cleaned and maintained
- handle cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- assist with scheduling and manage labor costs
- train and develop crew under Senior/General Manager direction
- assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- assist with lunch shift as needed
- ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times
