Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Operate the restaurant in the absence of Senior/General Manager
  • Interview and hire qualified staff
  • Schedule sufficient staff to match guest flow
  • Manage labor costs to meet company standards
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Maintain cooperative and harmonious team relationships
  • Control inventory and maintain reports
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment
  • Conduct meetings and coaching for staff
  • Adhere to HR, safety, and sanitation policies
