Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet physical demands of the role
- Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- Available to work all shifts and weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties
- Operate the restaurant in the absence of Senior/General Manager
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- Schedule sufficient staff to match guest flow
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious team relationships
- Control inventory and maintain reports
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment
- Conduct meetings and coaching for staff
- Adhere to HR, safety, and sanitation policies
