Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • must meet physical demands required of the role
  • ability to lead and train team members
  • experience in restaurant management preferred
  • availability to work at 4am any day of the week
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of shift management experience
  • ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
  • experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to maintaining company standards in food quality and safety
  • ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • preferably valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
  • maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management team and crew
  • provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • maintain adequate supply and inventory control for breakfast items
  • assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow
  • train and develop crew under direction of senior/general manager
  • ensure adherence to cash procedures and manage labor costs
  • represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times
