Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain a cooperative, harmonious relationship with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
- Conduct crew team meetings as needed
- Maintain adequate supply and control inventory to meet food cost standards
- Maintain building and equipment using proper procedures
- Ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Assist with scheduling and labor cost management
- Train and develop crew under senior management direction
- Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- Assist with lunch shift if needed
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
