Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Harbor House
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
- Manage and train staff
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Conduct weekly par checks and order reviews
- Prepare monthly inventory and lead counts
