Job Requirements

  • At least three years of select-service hotel management experience
  • demonstrated ability to enhance guest satisfaction
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • proficiency in hotel management systems
  • ability to comply with brand standards and operational procedures
  • availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of three years’ experience in select-service hotel management
  • proven track record of managing hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction
  • excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with hotel management software and financial reporting
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • manage budget preparation and financial reporting to achieve profitability targets
  • maintain high standards of guest service excellence in compliance with brand requirements
  • lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff to enhance performance and engagement
  • implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
  • foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
  • ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards
