Job Requirements
- At least three years of select-service hotel management experience
- demonstrated ability to enhance guest satisfaction
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- proficiency in hotel management systems
- ability to comply with brand standards and operational procedures
- availability to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of three years’ experience in select-service hotel management
- proven track record of managing hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction
- excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with hotel management software and financial reporting
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- manage budget preparation and financial reporting to achieve profitability targets
- maintain high standards of guest service excellence in compliance with brand requirements
- lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff to enhance performance and engagement
- implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
- foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
- ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards
