Job Description

Join our team as a Valet Attendant at a vibrant hospitality establishment located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, just two blocks from the iconic Bourbon Street and the historic French Quarter. Our property enjoys a prime location near the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Riverwalk, with convenient access to the St. Charles streetcar line, offering easy travel to admire the architecture of the Warehouse Arts District and Uptown. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively and dynamic environment where every interaction counts.

As a Valet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in shaping guests' first and last impressions of our property. Your mission will be to ensure the safety and security of every vehicle entrusted to your care, delivering each with speed, accuracy, and a smile. This position demands a commitment to excellence as you will serve as the master of keys and ticket management, keeping everything in perfect order and ensuring the smooth flow of arrivals and departures throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing top-tier customer service. You will greet guests warmly, handle their vehicles with care, assist with luggage, shuttle guests in larger vehicles, direct traffic, and maintain curb appeal. Maintaining a professional, polished appearance and demeanor is essential, as you will be representing the brand and setting the tone for a welcoming experience.

We offer competitive compensation and a suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Daily pay options are available after an initial waiting period, emphasizing our commitment to flexible and supportive employment practices.

This is a full-time position that requires a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record, proficiency in driving both manual and automatic vehicles, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. If you are ready to be a vital part of a renowned property known for excellent hospitality, hustle, and heart, we invite you to apply and start your journey with us.
