Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • college coursework in a related field helpful
  • at least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certification requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations and VIP requests to ensure a superior guest experience
  • track operational logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
  • oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • lead and train front desk associates to build a strong, communicative team
  • handle guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
  • maintain safety and operational standards at the front desk
