Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations and VIP requests to ensure a superior guest experience
- track operational logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
- oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- lead and train front desk associates to build a strong, communicative team
- handle guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
- maintain safety and operational standards at the front desk
