Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of management experience in hospitality or related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
- Coordination of timely food production
- Participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- Develop selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines
- Supervise procurement of liquors and wines
- Assist General Manager with annual financial objectives and budgeting
- Execute and improve annual marketing plan
- Focus on meeting financial targets in sales and cost control
- Communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house service staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations through quarterly check-ins
- Implement ongoing training programs for management and employees
- Oversee cleanliness of restaurant interior and exterior
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
- Address employee complaints and resolve workplace problems
