Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of management experience in hospitality or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Food Handler Certification if applicable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
  • Coordination of timely food production
  • Participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
  • Develop selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines
  • Supervise procurement of liquors and wines
  • Assist General Manager with annual financial objectives and budgeting
  • Execute and improve annual marketing plan
  • Focus on meeting financial targets in sales and cost control
  • Communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
  • Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house service staff
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations through quarterly check-ins
  • Implement ongoing training programs for management and employees
  • Oversee cleanliness of restaurant interior and exterior
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
  • Address employee complaints and resolve workplace problems
