Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
  • must be able to read and speak English
  • maintain current food handler's and state alcohol serving certifications upon hire
  • must be available to work a variety of shifts including days evenings late nights weekends and various holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required
  • must be able to read and speak English bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
  • fun energetic and work with a genuine care for the guest experience

  • practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding hospitality service

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
  • arrive on time for scheduled shifts ready to work
  • wear the proper uniform at all times including non-slip shoes
  • perform opening closing and side work duties
  • communicate questions or issues to management promptly
  • work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • set up the team for success in the next shift
  • respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone
  • keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris
  • provide guests the right of way
  • assist with operational needs when necessary and as asked
  • provide genuine hospitality
  • understand and apply proper phone etiquette
