The role open at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is that of a professional Host, a pivotal position within the food and beverage team. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring their dining experience starts on a high note. Job Duties
- Greet guest and escort to the appropriate table in accordance with established guidelines and food & beverage standards
- answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests
- using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and restaurant floor
- assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the restaurant manager
- perform other related duties as assigned
