The role open at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is that of a professional Host, a pivotal position within the food and beverage team. Job Duties
- Greet guest and escort to the appropriate table in accordance with established guidelines and food & beverage standards
- answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests
- using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and restaurant floor
- assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the restaurant manager
- perform other related duties as assigned
