Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of electrical equipment usage
  • Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests
  • Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary
  • Set tables with silverware and glassware, restock server stations
  • Clean tabletops and chairs
  • Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available
  • Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
