Job Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services efficiently and professionally
- Ability to perform POS system transactions, opening or close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties
- Must be comfortable lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Current cosmetology license as required by state regulations
- Ability to deliver excellent guest service and professional consultations
- Experience or training in haircutting, coloring, and waxing services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform POS transactions and maintain salon hygiene
- Physical ability to perform repetitive movements and lift 10-25 lbs occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide haircuts, color, and waxing services
- Deliver exceptional guest service and quality consultations
- Perform POS system transactions and manage opening or closing procedures
- Maintain salon cleanliness and perform light housekeeping duties
- Support training and mentoring of hair stylists in training
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ensure client satisfaction through professional and efficient service delivery
