The company’s philosophy centers around hospitality and service, emphasizing a supportive, inclusive work environment where every employee is valued as part of a larger global family.

Currently, Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time seasonal In-Country H2B Team Members for multiple locations, including Shenandoah National Park in Luray, Virginia, and Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, California, among other scenic sites throughout the United States. The seasonal roles available vary based on applicant experience, with openings for positions such as Cooks, Housekeepers, and Dishwashers. Team members will be integral in creating memorable guest experiences in stunning natural settings known for their breathtaking views, outdoor recreational opportunities, and charming local culture.

Shenandoah National Park, one of the key work locations, spans more than 200,000 acres of protected land rich with hiking trails, waterfalls, vistas, camping sites, biking paths, fishing spots, and canoeing options. This is an ideal setting for team members who enjoy working in an environment that embraces the outdoors and nature. Eligible employees can also benefit from health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

The roles demand team members who are currently in the country and have valid work authorization. Some positions may require the ability to pass a drug screening. The typical work schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts with some evening and weekend hours as needed. This seasonal role not only offers the chance to work in beautiful and inspiring locations but also the ability to be part of a historic company that values employee progress and diversity. Delaware North is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
