Job Requirements
- In-country H2B visa extensions only
- Current work contract must end on or after 5/5/2026
- Must have gone home for three months in the last three years
- Must have prior culinary experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to upholding Four Seasons standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with advanced cooking techniques
- Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency
- Eligible for H2B in-country extensions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist in the development and execution of menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and reduce waste
- Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
- Adhere to Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation
