Job Requirements

  • In-country H2B visa extensions only
  • Current work contract must end on or after 5/5/2026
  • Must have gone home for three months in the last three years
  • Must have prior culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to upholding Four Seasons standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience with advanced cooking techniques
  • Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency
  • Eligible for H2B in-country extensions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Assist in the development and execution of menu items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and reduce waste
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
  • Adhere to Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation
