Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
  • Ability to frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with all company safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in food service or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner when interacting with customers and coworkers

Job Duties

  • Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
  • Clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
  • Return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper storage
  • Remove trash and garbage to designated disposal areas
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
  • Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
  • Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
  • Load and unload supply trucks
  • Follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
