Job Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • at least six months of closely related serving experience
  • preferred experience in high volume or fast casual dining
  • ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
  • ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
  • ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months serving experience
  • experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
  • ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • able to communicate clearly with customers
  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist during shifts

Job Duties

  • Takes food and beverage orders
  • enters orders quickly and in proper sequence
  • serves food and beverages to guests
  • checks back after delivery to ensure satisfaction
  • maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and replenishing supplies
  • presents checks for payment and handles transactions
  • follows customer service and cash handling policies
  • keeps station clean and sets up and takes down station appropriately
