Job Requirements

Food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
Minimum of 1 year related cooking experience
Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry and pantry cooking techniques
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Ability to bend, twist, and stand for normal job functions
Frequent hand immersion in water and use of chemical solutions
Frequent use of sharp knives, utensils, and hot plates
Ability to work in hot kitchen environment
