Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Guestroom Attendant - Self Inspector who exemplifies the spirit of aloha and dedication to service excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Housekeeping, this role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that Four Seasons is known for. The Guestroom Attendant will take responsibility for cleaning guest rooms meticulously, ensuring each room meets exacting quality standards to create a welcoming and immaculate environment for guests.
This position calls for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented hospitality professional who excels in multitasking and working harmoniously within a team-oriented environment. Flexibility is key, as the role requires availability during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the resort’s operations. With a competitive hourly wage of $30.91 and an expected schedule of 40 hours per week over five days, this temporary assignment spans at least three months with potential for extension based on business needs. The Guestroom Attendant’s daily activities include cleaning a designated number of rooms per shift, changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing all guest room areas, and restocking amenities like shampoos, lotions, and other supplies. The role demands physical stamina to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and the capacity to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
