Job Duties

  • Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
  • Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
  • Provide turndown service for guests
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
  • Anticipate and customize guests' needs before being asked
  • Maintain knowledge about hotel offerings and amenities
