We are currently seeking a Host to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in shaping the guest experience by providing a warm welcome and facilitating efficient seating arrangements. The Host serves as the first point of contact for guests, both in-person and over the phone, and plays a key role in making "Raving Fans" of our guests, associates, purveyors, partners, and local communities. The Host will manage guest seating in the dining room, balancing quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximizing sales. This position requires someone who is genuine, positive, and driven by a passion for hospitality. Hosts at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants embody a "Yes is the Answer!" mentality, showing eagerness to assist guests and teammates while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

The employment type is full-time with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Full-time associates become eligible for health benefits after 90 days, and the company also offers several other perks, including a 50% discount at all restaurant locations, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and closures on seven major holidays. Job Duties

  • Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned
  • practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts

  • answers guests' questions about the restaurant
  • handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed

  • follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant
  • reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly

  • performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
