The Guest Services Staff position at AEG is a vital frontline role responsible for ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience from the moment they enter any of AEG's venues. As the primary point of contact for guests, employees in this role provide exemplary customer service by answering questions, directing attendees to key areas such as restrooms, ATMs, VIP sections, and concert spaces, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. The position requires operating coat check rooms, scanning tickets, administering wristbands for event access, assisting guests with seating, including accommodating patrons with disabilities, and monitoring guest behavior to uphold venue policies and safety standards. Guest Services Staff members also play a crucial role during emergency situations by guiding evacuations and communicating with patrons to maintain order and safety. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class entertainment organization that values teamwork, effective communication, and a passion for creating memorable moments. It is a part-time position, paying $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits under the Affordable Care Act qualifications. Working hours typically include nights, weekends, and holidays, aligning with event schedules. The role suits individuals who possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer guest questions
  • direct guests to important areas of the venue including restrooms, ATMs, coat checks, VIP areas, and concert areas
  • operate the coat check rooms within established guidelines
  • scan tickets for venue entry and administer wristbands for event access such as 21-plus, VIP, and private events
  • greet and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and escalate concerns as necessary
  • monitor guest conduct to ensure safety and security for all attendees
  • oversee alcohol consumption ensuring no underage drinking and responsible behavior
  • seat guests and assist patrons with disabilities
  • enforce all venue policies and participate in required trainings and meetings
  • act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating and directing guests during emergencies
  • monitor venue during arrivals and exits to comply with fire department regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors
