Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • availability to work a full-time schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in guest services or front desk roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to hotel operations
  • problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Organize and process all guest check-ins and check-outs
  • manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
  • secure payment and verify billing accuracy
  • activate and file room keys
  • process guest requests and relay messages
  • print contingency lists for emergency records
  • identify and explain room features and property amenities to guests
