The Front Desk Agent at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center plays a crucial role in ensuring every guest receives a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This full-time, non-management position involves managing all guest room reservations, processing payments, and addressing guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for maintaining accurate billing and securing payment transactions while providing detailed information about the resort’s amenities, services, and local points of interest. In addition, the role requires the activation and filing of room keys, handling contingency documentation for emergencies, and facilitating communication between guests and various resort departments.
