The Stadium Guest Services Representative plays a vital role as a front-line ambassador for the club and stadium, ensuring an exceptional fan experience by assisting guests before, during, and after events. This role involves greeting attendees, answering questions, providing directions, resolving guest issues promptly and professionally, and supporting overall stadium operations from event setup to emergency situations. Representatives must be attentive to potential safety hazards, report concerns according to established protocols, and assist in emergency procedures such as evacuations when necessary. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Representatives must be physically capable of standing for long periods, walking significant distances, navigating stairs, and performing various physical tasks in different weather conditions. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to walk significant distances including up and down stairs as required throughout the venue
  • Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions including heat, rain, cold, snow, and wind
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a customer or guest services role
  • Ability to problem solve and act quickly and efficiently
  • Self-motivated
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to meet the schedule requirements of the position
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States at the time of hire without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Job Duties

  • Meet, greet, and assist guests with frequently asked questions for stadium events
  • Provide directional assistance throughout the stadium
  • Assist guests as problems or issues arise before, during, and after events
  • Identify any potential safety hazards and follow proper reporting policy and procedure
  • Prepare the stadium for events by setting up guest services booth, entry gates, and other special event-related items
  • Assist event management personnel with emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises
  • Treat all guests and coworkers with professionalism and respect
