Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent
0-6 months of relevant work experience
ability to work 40 hours per week during day shifts
strong interpersonal and communication skills
willingness to assist diverse patient populations
commitment to comply with hospital policies and procedures
eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
effective communication skills
ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
customer service experience preferred but not required
basic knowledge of healthcare service environment beneficial
ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties

Professionally greet visitors and patients upon arrival
ascertain patients' and visitors' needs and direct them accordingly
educate patients, family members, visitors, and guests on appropriate services and available resources
assist with wayfinding within the Medical Center
demonstrate commitment to problem resolution by embracing creative and effective solutions
meet key performance metrics for the area
ensure compliance with hospital policies and processes
