Job Requirements

  • 0-6 months of relevant work experience
  • ability to work 40 hours per week during day shifts
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to assist diverse patient populations
  • commitment to comply with hospital policies and procedures
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • basic knowledge of healthcare service environment beneficial

Job Duties

  • Professionally greet visitors and patients upon arrival
  • ascertain patients' and visitors' needs and direct them accordingly
  • educate patients, family members, visitors, and guests on appropriate services and available resources
  • assist with wayfinding within the Medical Center
  • demonstrate commitment to problem resolution by embracing creative and effective solutions
  • meet key performance metrics for the area
  • ensure compliance with hospital policies and processes
