This role demands flexibility, as it involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with the game schedule and special events, including the Home Opener, State Fair, and Season Finale matches. Employees must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot and inclement weather, and be capable of physical activities such as standing, walking, and navigating stairs for extended periods. The compensation for this role is $16.90 per hour, reflecting the part-time and seasonal nature of the position.

Guest Services Representatives are responsible for building strong relationships with fans by delivering knowledgeable assistance about the venue, policies, and operational procedures to ensure a seamless and enjoyable game day. They serve as informative guides during the event, directing guests to their seats, verifying credentials for restricted areas, and managing emergency protocols when necessary. Additionally, GSRs help locate lost articles or assist with reuniting lost children with their parents. This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Overall, the Guest Services Representative role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about soccer and customer service, enjoy working in vibrant and energetic settings, and want to contribute positively to the fan experience at one of Sacramento's premier sports venues.
