- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Punctual with consistent attendance
- Availability to work 75% of home matches
- Must meet minimum qualifications at time of hire

- Experience in live events preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Job Duties
- Usher patrons and ensure their safety
- Scan and validate tickets at entry points
- Provide assistance and directions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist guests with disabilities or special needs
- Support emergency and evacuation procedures
- Operate ticket scanning devices and manage wristband attachments
