Denver Summit FC is Colorado's professional women's soccer club and the 16th franchise of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). The club stands out with its dedicated mission to become the premier professional women's soccer organization globally, driven by a strong commitment to engaging Denver's diverse communities. Backed by an ownership group led by Rob Cohen and consisting of passionate local and national investors, the team is poised to make a significant impact starting its inaugural 2026 season. By combining rich local roots with widespread support, Denver Summit FC reflects a deep dedication to the sport and its community both locally and nationally.
The role of the Guest Services Representative at Denver Summit FC is a vital position that plays an essential role in enhancing the fan experience at Centennial Stadium. This part-time, seasonal position is based onsite during home matches and other events held at Centennial Stadium in Centennial, CO. Compensated hourly at $19.29, the representative supports the club's promise of exceptional service and safety for all attendees. Guest Services Representatives are responsible for ticket scanning, ushering guests to their seats, managing accessibility assistance, providing directions, and responding promptly to guest inquiries or concerns while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
This role requires candidates who thrive in dynamic and sometimes high-pressure event environments and who embody teamwork, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. The hourly position does not have supervisory responsibilities but demands flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and for extended periods of standing or walking. These representatives function in multiple capacities, from ushering and ticket taking to ambassador roles and assisting guests needing mobility support with wheelchair transportation. With a focus on ensuring a safe and enjoyable event, representatives adhere to the stadium’s policies, emergency procedures, and customer service standards.
At Denver Summit FC, the Guest Services Representative contributes directly to building a sense of community within Centennial Stadium and enhancing the overall venue experience. This job offers an opportunity to be part of the vibrant and growing soccer culture in Colorado while working in a fun, challenging, and rewarding environment. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, solving problems on the spot, and supporting operations at live events. Moreover, the team supports flexible scheduling, sick time, and recognition programs, reflecting the organization's appreciation for its staff.
In summary, the Guest Services Representative role at Denver Summit FC is a meaningful entry point into the professional sports world, offering hands-on experience in customer service, event management, and fan engagement. Those passionate about soccer, community involvement, and delivering memorable experiences to fans will find this role fulfilling. Working closely under the Director of Guest Services, individuals help to uphold the franchise's standards and support its mission to foster a professional sports environment that is inclusive, safe, and welcoming.
