Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English communication
- Proficient with property management system technology
- Ability to handle cash, credit card, and ledger accounts accurately
- Ability to comply with company safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Proficient operation of property management system technology
- Ability to complete audit functions and all shift reports as assigned
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to understand and comply with safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to manage problems and resolve guest-related issues
- Good judgment and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests
- Assists and responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through
- Resolves guest issues through the Make it Right process
- Processes reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines
- Handles collection efforts of all in-house balances and maintains cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts
- Sets up, maintains, and takes down breakfast display in a timely manner
- Maintains an organized and clean work area behind the front desk, lobby, and guest common areas
- Sells the value of ESA to inquiries and strives to convert them into reservations
- Collects relevant guest information and identifies sales opportunities
- Periodically tours the property to ensure it meets brand standards
- Provides reasonable accommodations in response to guest requests
- Complies with company policies including safety and security reporting
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness and assists with housekeeping and laundry areas
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
