Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends including Fridays and Saturdays
- flexible scheduling to cover peak hours Thursday through Saturday
- strong passion for beauty and customer service
- prior salon experience is an asset
- proficiency with Mac computers and scheduling software

Job Duties
- Be a Blo brand ambassador as the first and last impression for guests
- diffuse tense situations and enhance guest experiences
- maintain a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment
- participate in routine up-training and skill advancement
- manage appointment scheduling and optimize salon calendar
- support hairstylists and beauty technicians
- promote hair packages, memberships, and beauty products
