Job Requirements

Must be available to work 70% of events each month
Available to report by 5pm on weekdays
Available all day every Saturday and Sunday
Ability to work until 12:00am or later as needed
Available to work holidays
Able to stand for 4-6 hours
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Comfortable working in steep areas approximately 60 feet high
Adhere to all company policies including uniform and appearance guidelines
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Work well with others and handle high-pressure situations calmly

Job Qualifications

Prefer demonstrated experience with customer service and problem-solving
Bilingual a plus, especially Spanish

Job Duties

Greet guests and direct them to desired locations
Scan tickets appropriately upon entry
Maintain assigned sections by monitoring seating areas and crowd behavior
Control access to specific areas by verifying tickets and credentials
Distribute programs or promotional items to guests
Fill in various guest service positions as needed
Provide concierge services by assisting guests in premium areas and maintaining professionalism
