Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
excellent interpersonal skills
strong attention to detail
ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
proficiency with reservation and information systems
must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

refined verbal and written communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

answering questions and providing directions to guests
making detailed reservations or recommendations for local events, venues, and transportation
engaging in casual conversations with guests to enhance their experience
handling special guest requests with professionalism and care
maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay
