Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Must have great communication skills and superior guest service abilities

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests to the hotel on the front drive as a doorperson
  • Obtain transportation for guests when requested
  • Coordinate and communicate between Front Desk, Valet, and Bell services
  • Escort guests to and from their rooms
  • Transport guests' luggage and personal items efficiently
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Engage guests in friendly conversation to enhance their experience
