Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Drive for the Lodge at Spruce Peak
  • Ensure highest levels of guest service for parking, door, and bell teams
  • Maintain efficient operation of bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services department
  • Support positive public, departmental, and employee relations
  • Engage with guests to influence and enhance guest experience
  • Implement and uphold service standards
  • Coordinate with hotel staff and local venues for seamless guest services
