Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Drive for the Lodge at Spruce Peak
- Ensure highest levels of guest service for parking, door, and bell teams
- Maintain efficient operation of bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services department
- Support positive public, departmental, and employee relations
- Engage with guests to influence and enhance guest experience
- Implement and uphold service standards
- Coordinate with hotel staff and local venues for seamless guest services
