Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Front desk hotel experience required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Front desk hotel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and resolve issues on the spot
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work a 50 hour work week
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record

Job Duties

  • Conduct staff training as needed
  • Write out weekly department schedule
  • Coordinate the front drive and transportation on the front drive
  • Conduct payroll for associates in the department
  • Manage bell, door, and concierge staff
  • Ensure that all arriving and departing guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously
  • Maintain continuous liaison with management, reservations desk, and housekeeping staff to guarantee quality service delivery exceeding guest expectations
