Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and delegate effectively
  • reliable and punctual
  • capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • willingness to undergo a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff and management
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful background check

Job Duties

  • supervising employees and general operations of the store
  • responding to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • assisting managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient store environment
  • coordinating with team members, vendors, and corporate personnel
  • managing flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • promoting and maintaining a customer-focused culture
