The role of Guest Services Greeter at CCC is vital in establishing and maintaining a positive image of the facility. This hourly, non-exempt position offers compensation of $20.00 per hour and reports directly to the Guest Services Manager. The primary responsibility is to warmly welcome and guide guests to their desired locations throughout the Convention Center and Bellco Theatre, ensuring an inviting atmosphere and clear communication about available amenities and services. The greeter acts as the face of the venue, handling inquiries in a professional and courteous manner while providing reliable assistance and direction. Duties include managing the reception desk, interacting with guests, patrons, employees, and vendors, and responding effectively to complaints or issues that may arise. The position requires a person who is adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of handling a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This job demands excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, and a genuine interest in contributing to customer satisfaction. The greeter must be adept at problem-solving, capable of referring complex issues to management for resolution, and able to communicate clearly in standard English. Knowledge of general office equipment and radios is essential, along with the ability to stand and move for extended periods during the shift. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests
  • offer assistance in answering questions
  • provide directions to locations within our facility as well as to various amenities and services
  • Coverage of reception desk for in-person guest and callers
  • On inquiry, inform guest of amenities and walking distance locations
  • Offer solutions to any guest complaints and problems
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Refer unusual or difficult questions and problems to Guest Services Manager or Lead to ensure proper resolution
