Job Duties
- Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents
- Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager
- Maintain the petty cash fund, ensuring recording expenditures in proper accounts
- Perform general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned
- Collect and post resident security deposits, processing fees, rent, inspection, application or other miscellaneous fees in Yardi
- Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters
- Assist with accepting guest reservations in person and via phone
- Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders
- Assist with planning and coordinating guest and resident relations events and activities
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials
- Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed
- Process resident move-ins and move-outs
- Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files
- Refer sales prospects to the RV Resort Manager or Sales Manager and enter prospect information into property management
- Obtain approvals on prospective resident applications and track approvals and denials
- Assist prospective residents by checking status of Sun Homes inventory, reviewing home listings, showing homes, and assisting with rental applications
- Review and code invoices and other payables and submit to manager approval
- Check guests in and out for their reservations
- Other duties as assigned
