Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of administrative experience
- Six months experience using property management or reservation systems preferred
- Six months in hotel or resort front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license

- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
Job Duties
- Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents
- Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager
- Maintain the petty cash fund and record expenditures properly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Collect and post resident payments including security deposits, rent, fees, and issue receipts using property management software
- Prepare and distribute resort communications like rule reminders and newsletters
- Assist with guest reservations in person and via phone
