The role of Guest Services Coordinator at Sun Outdoors is a pivotal position within one of their resorts. This role involves handling routine office and clerical responsibilities, serving as the face of the resort to guests, current residents, and prospective residents. Proficiency in property management or reservation systems such as Yardi is highly beneficial, and prior experience in a front desk or administrative role within a hotel or resort setting is preferred. The role demands a multitasker who can prioritize responsibilities, maintain accurate records, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience at the resort.

Sun Outdoors values employees who take initiative and work collaboratively within a team, and offers a supportive work environment rich in opportunities for professional learning and career development. Compensation includes a competitive salary reflective of experience, with the added benefit of access to various perks such as paid sick leave, discount programs, online personal information management, and daily pay options. This role is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to grow in the hospitality industry and be part of a dynamic, customer-focused company.
