The Guest Services/Concierge role at Palms Care Center is vital in bridging communication and service between the healthcare staff, residents, families, and visitors. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 and operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., ensuring consistent availability to meet the needs of all parties involved. The primary focus of this role is to provide outstanding guest relations by greeting and assisting residents and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns with warmth and professionalism. The concierge will also coordinate with different internal departments to resolve any issues promptly and support smooth operations.
In addition to direct guest interaction, the role involves administrative duties such as managing phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various clerical tasks to support the facility’s daily functions. The person in this position is expected to be a key communicator, building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate outstanding care delivery and seamless transitions.
