Job Requirements

- valid California driver's license

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- basic reading and counting ability
- ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- assist guests with retrieving vehicles efficiently
- assist guests with their luggage and other requests
- deliver guests and luggage to their rooms
- offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- ensure timely and efficient transfer of luggage
- familiarize guests with room features such as temperature control
- maintain presence in the lobby offering assistance to guests
